Kaitlin is an experienced multimedia journalist and content creator with a background in digital development, brand strategy, graphic design, writing, and media production.
She started her career in media while still studying at Western University, working behind-the-scenes on the Oprah Winfrey Network’s program, “To Catch a Killer.” After completing an internship with CTV, she accepted a position with “The Marilyn Denis Show” —and soon after “The Social.”
As someone who has a passion for travel and writing, she joined the HOLR team as their Travel Editor and Culture Writer. She has been featured in a number of publications including DRIFT Travel, Narcity, National Post, and HOLR Magazine. Kaitlin is now the Executive of Video Production for Streets of Toronto and the host and producer of “My Niagara” for Visit Niagara. She also continues to write for different North American publications.
Her strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in communications and public relations ignited her desire to help other businesses grow through creative marketing and content plans, thus inspiring her start DROP Creative.
She’s worked with a plethora of individuals, boards and companies including San Ignacio Resort, Travel Belize, Discover LA, Banff and Lake Louise, Savoury Imports, Tong Mein, Chris Como Coaching, and Paul deGelder, to name a few.
